Chapter 1 - What's On Your Mind?
ANDY: Hey, Jay what did you want to talk to me about?
JAY: Oh man, thanks for meeting me.
ANDY: Sure, no problem. What's on your mind?
JAY:There's some big trouble in our department and I'm on the hot seat.
ANDY: Why? What's happened?
JAY: Well, the project I'm in charge of is doing poorly.
ANDY: What's wrong with it?
JAY:Everything. I wish I could just take a vacation and not have to worry about it. It 's really hopeless!
ANDY: Look you can't just bury your head in the sand, you've got to try and solve your problems.
JAY: I know, but I heard that the boss was already getting hot under the collar while reading my report . I'll tell you this Andy, it'll be a cold day in Hell before I choose to lead this kind of project again.
